The export of the first batch of mangoes in this season to the Australian market affirms that Sơn La's mangoes are reputable and qualified to be exported to fastidious markets.
At the same time, it helps the province improve the reputation of mango quality, ensuring healthy competition in the market, protecting the legitimate interests of producers and consumers, creating a close connection and sustainable development for the Sơn La mango brand to become a national agricultural product brand.
The province currently has more than 19,000 hectares of mangoes, with output estimated at 65,000 tonnes. The harvest time is from May to August.
