According to the General Director of Loc Troi Group, Nguyen Duy Thuan, the group has deployed the linkage model of planting Loc Troi 123 crop on a total area of 36,000 ha in Thoai Son District, An Giang Province since August 2021. The model has been approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the People's Committee of An Giang Province, and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of An Giang.

It is expected to help farmers reduce the initial investment cost by 15%, without having prices squeezed by traders.

The participating farmers are covered with production capital through the packages of agricultural materials such as seeds, fertilizers, drugs, agricultural services, plowing, spraying, watering... by Loc Troi Group.

At the same time, they also receive support in the cultivation process and crop management through a force of agricultural engineers who have been closely keeping track of the area.

Loc Troi encourages farmers to participate in farming according to the sustainable rice production process (SRP) to meet the export criteria of Japan, the EU, the US, Australia, etc. by financially supporting the rice to satisfy international standards.

To implement this model, Thuan said that Loc Troi Group has applied the principle of operating a sustainable agricultural ecosystem by connecting orders for each growing area.

The group has also organized production according to the optimal model, ensuring the harmony of interests and at the same time, ensuring stable profits for farmers, especially in the context of the current complicated situation of the pandemic.
