Bac Giang lychees sold at high price in Thailand

According to Central Retail Group, the Group has sold Bac Giang lychees at Top Mart supermarket chain in Bangkok Thailand at 230,000 VND (10 USD) per kg.

Since June 8, Central Retail Group has delivered dozens of tonnes of Bac Giang lychees to supply to the supermarket chains in Vietnam and Thailand.

As schedule from now till the end of season, the Group commits to consuming 100 tonnes of Bac Giang special fruit, mostly to Thailand market, which is an important event to help promote the consumption and increase the value of provincial lychee.

As of June 9, the province sold more than 67,300 tonnes of lychees in which over 43,000 tonnes were sold domestically and 24,300 tonnes were exported with the price of 15,000 – 30,000 VND per kg.
